Advanced searching speeds up email processing

A wide variety of filters can be set in the search, such as channel, UUID (ID from the non-voice event protocol), group, user and many more. Detailed information such as input, group, user, import time, priority, last status change and status is then displayed. In this way, you can easily carry out important processing actions for non-voice contacts:
- Set personal resubmission
