Rainer Holler is CEO of VIER GmbH. Holler, who holds a degree in business administration and an EMBA, wants to set the new European standard for customer interaction with VIER and continue the growth path he has embarked on. To achieve this, Rainer Holler places great emphasis on mutual trust, participation and transparency - with regard to employees, customers and partners. He promotes a corporate culture that allows freedom and forgives mistakes. Rainer Holler rethinks customer dialogue and communication. Under his leadership, VIER follows the principles of agile software development with independent teams. With these teams, VIER develops innovative products and orchestrates complete end-to-end solutions from its own Real Time Cloud ecosystem, which combine the strengths of human and artificial intelligence and raise employees in sales, marketing, customer dialogue and HR to a new level of competence.
Ralf is a technology-loving business economist with a passion for software and customer service. His enthusiasm for innovation and technology drives him. He has been serving customers in the call and contact centre industry for over two decades, driving the development and use of powerful, easy-to-use speech analytics software in Germany. For Ralf, perfect customer service is no coincidence, but the result of the interplay between people and technology.
Svenja has been with VIER since 2020 and has been responsible for direct sales, partner sales and existing customer management as Head of Sales since May 2022. The enthusiastic handball player lives sales with passion and is convinced: “After the merger, VIER is now on the move into new markets. We will deliver custom-fit solutions to these markets and thus set the new European standard!”. As a certified PRINCE2® project manager and Eigenland® consultant, Svenja and her team rely on the combination of years of experience and new ideas. In doing so, she spurs her team on to always surpass themselves and become a little better every day. “Our work is characterised by energy, speed, decisiveness and short paths! We act according to the motto ‘One for all and all for one’ and shape the future of VIER together!”
Steffen is Vicepresident Cloud & Platform Services. Before his move, Steffen worked as Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Sartorius AG. Another station in his career had previously been the position of Head of IT Operations at the STI Group. For Steffen, stability, high availability, reliability and security are the linchpins of his work for the success of VIER.
Christian is Head of Professional Services and responsible for a total of five teams from the areas of consulting, integration, project management and training. His task is to advise companies together with his teams and to accompany them successfully on the path to digitalisation. Christian places great value on mutual trust, transparency and reliability, both internally in his dealings with colleagues and externally in his dealings with customers.
Together with her team, Anja optimises VIER's AI solutions. From basic contact recognition to emotion analysis, analysis results are optimised so that they can control automated reactions. Before joining VIER, Anja helped set up the language analysis company Precire, Aachen, and completed her doctorate on the topic of communication and leadership success.

He studied business administration and business informatics in Cologne and at Pennsylvania State University.
Olav Vier Strawe is married and, as a citizen of the world, feels equally at home in Germany as in the USA and Japan.
