Phone conferencing
With VIER Conferencing you can easily conduct telephone conferences with up to 3,000 participants. Your participants receive the invitation by e-mail, including a link, and click on it to be called. This also works from your smartphone! If there is no telephone available, they can use the VoIP client and participate in the telephone conference via PC.
Web presentations
You can show your PowerPoint® presentations or PDF documents online to up to 800 participants. Conference leaders and participants only need a PC/Mac with a web browser, a tablet or a smartphone. Participants can access the conference directly via the link in the invitation e-mail or in the appointment. The audio transmission takes place either by telephone or via PC and headset. Animations and slide transitions of your presentation are still working.

With our conference solution we offer high capacities for successful meetings. Whether online presentations with up to 800 people or audio conferences with up to 3,000 participants.

We also ensure that you can hold several conferences in parallel without any restrictions.
International dial-in numbers
Easily conduct your international conference call with dial-in numbers in many countries. Participants do not need to make expensive international calls to dial into the conference.

They can simply dial into your conference call with one of our national or international dial-in numbers. With flat-rate telephony tariffs, this means that your participants do not incur any costs for the conference.

Plan your telephone conference or web conference easily in our web portal. Here you can book your conference directly, personalise it and add functions such as conference recordings or chats with just a few clicks. Invite participants to your conference directly by e-mail or via a link.
Numerous functions during conference
During the conference, numerous functionalities are available to you: current list of participants, chat, participant control (mute, loud, request to speak), etc.
Documentation and recordings
You can record your telephone conferences, web meetings and web presentations completely or also partially. The recording is available either as an audio file in mp3 format or as a video file in mp4 format with audio track.
Highest security standards
Our conferences offer you the highest security standards, as all components such as the development, the operation and the data centre come entirely from Germany. With our solution you have the certainty that all your data is safe and secure.
Audio streaming
Do you just want participants to listen to your presentation? Then live audio streaming is just right: Participants log in and simply follow the lecture via web browser. Current browsers under Windows, MacOS and Android are supported.
One-Click Participation
You plan your conferences and send invitations to your participants either simply in Outlook, conveniently in the conference portal or via social networks. You can join the conference with just one click. You can connect directly from the e-mail invitation or the web portal. Use your PC, smartphone or tablet, so you are also mobile.
Maintaining contacts
You maintain your contacts in the address book. You can also import contacts via a CSV file. Combine individual addresses into groups and you can easily add entire groups to the conference. During the conference, you can easily keep track of who is in the conference with the current participant list.
Chat logs
Chat is available during your web meetings, web presentations and webinars. The chat transcript can be downloaded after the end of the conference, so no information is lost.

Tip: Consider security

As with face-to-face meetings, only invited participants should be present during conferencing. To avoid uninvited guests and cyber attacks, data transmission at VIER Conferencing is always encrypted by TLS.
