As a German provider of AI-based solutions for automating and optimizing customer dialog in contact centers, among other things, VIER was currently included by appliedAI in the German AI Startup Landscape in the area of "Customer Service & Support" for the second time. AppliedAI is Europe's largest initiative for the application of leading, trustworthy AI technology. The initiative's founding partners included BMW, Google, Infineon, Linde, NVIDIA and Siemens. The goal of the initiative is to strengthen and shape Europe's innovative power in the field of AI and, together with more than 40 partners from science, politics and industry, to create an ecosystem in which AI startups are given an opportunity to develop and help shape the future of AI for the benefit of society.
To this end, the initiative annually examines startups in the field of artificial intelligence. VIER GmbH was founded in 2021 as a merger of the longstanding successful companies 4Com, Lindenbaum, voixen, Parlamind, Precire and Cognesys, making it a "startup with over 50 years of experience".
