Request recognition: AI from VIER tops Google and IBM

The test involved training the VIER AI and AI from big players such as Google Dialogflow, Rasa and IBM Watson Assistant identically and then confronting them with the same requests. "The aim was to find out how well these requests were correctly understood and assigned to one or none of 10 defined reasons for contact," explains Rainer Holler, CEO of VIER. The result: "With 100,000 customer requests, our AI can correctly process about 5,000 more requests on average than the next best!", Rainer Holler is pleased to say. Quality control passed!
